About the Company At Trade Assist, we take pride in connecting talented individuals with reputable companies in the construction industry. We are currently seeking experienced commercial builders with a focus on concrete and formwork to join our high-performing teams on large-scale projects across Central Auckland. About the Role In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of concrete work, boxing, and formwork for commercial structures. You will work from plans, executing framing, steel tying, and concrete pours while contributing to some of Auckland's most significant commercial developments. This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $30 to $32, paid on a weekly basis, along with ongoing full-time hours and long-term opportunities. Key responsibilities include: - Performing concrete work, boxing, and formwork for commercial structures - Working from plans and executing framing, steel tying, and pours - Contributing to large, well-known commercial and multi-level builds - Collaborating with skilled crews in a fast-paced, professional environment Requirements To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial construction - A proven background in formwork, boxing, or concrete work - Your own basic toolkit - A valid Site Safe Card - Reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team If you are a confident builder with strong concrete and formwork skills, we encourage you to apply.
