About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at KFC. In this role, you will contribute to fostering a positive, energetic, and high-performance culture within the restaurant. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that your team excels and provides an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Bring
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent customer service skills or a strong desire to learn. You should bring energy, integrity, and a drive to succeed. The ability to learn on the job is essential, as we provide ongoing training in-store. Good communication skills will be necessary for effectively leading your team. While experience in retail or hospitality is advantageous, what truly matters is your positive attitude and willingness to learn.
