About the Company We are a leading organization in road construction and maintenance, currently expanding our team in the picturesque town of Kaikoura. As we prepare for a bustling roadwork season, we are looking for skilled and motivated road workers to join our dedicated crews. About the Role We have multiple vacancies for experienced road workers who are proficient in various aspects of road construction and maintenance. The roles we are looking to fill include: - Chip sealing - Asphalting - Stabilising - Milling - Spotting - Roller and loader operating - Truck driving To be considered for these positions, candidates must possess their own transport and hold a Full Class 1 Licence with WTR endorsements. While a Class 2 or Class 4 Full Licence is not mandatory, it is highly advantageous. Please note that candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment drug test and provide two work references as part of the hiring process. We supply all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for our employees.
