About the Role
We are excited to welcome new team members to our brand-new Pandora store at Dress Smart. This is an excellent opportunity to join an enthusiastic and innovative team where you can significantly influence the store's success. As a retail assistant, you will serve as our brand ambassador, connecting our products with our customers. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and sharing your knowledge of our offerings.
What to Expect from the Role
In this role, you will:
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by employing effective selling techniques, focusing on up-selling, units per transaction, and average transaction value.
- Build strong relationships with customers by addressing their queries, providing outstanding service, and adapting your approach based on their unique personalities and needs.
- Gain and confidently share comprehensive knowledge of Pandora products to enhance sales and create memorable customer experiences.
- Foster customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and collecting customer data.
- Maintain high visual standards within the store through effective merchandising and taking pride in your work environment.
