About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Quarry Machine Operator to join our team based in Christchurch. This position involves hands-on responsibilities, including operating mobile plant equipment, production planning, and performing repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications and qualities:
- Experience in operating mobile plant machinery, preferably in a quarry environment.
- A minimum of a Class 2 clean driver’s license with WTR endorsements.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work well with others.
- Flexibility with working hours, as this may include long hours during our busy season, early starts, and some Saturdays.
- A commitment to safe working practices is essential.
