About the Role We are seeking experienced operators for several key positions, including: - Site-Works Operators for residential projects, preferably with a Class 2 licence and bobcat experience. - Drainage Operators for both residential and commercial sites. - All-round Earthworks Operators, specifically those skilled in operating a 20-ton digger and having dozer experience. These roles offer ongoing work in Christchurch and Canterbury, with the potential for temporary to permanent employment. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, motivated, and ready to contribute to a strong team environment. Requirements The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications: - Experience in Site Works, Drainage, or Earthworks. - WTR (Water, Towing, and Roading) endorsement. - A Class 2 or 4 licence is advantageous. - A strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to quality. - The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues. - Access to reliable transportation.
