We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Junior Structural Steel Fabricators. About the Role As a Junior Structural Steel Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in our projects, which may require you to work across six different regions. Flexibility in work locations is preferred, as your responsibilities will include following engineering plans and blueprints, assembling steel structures, and installing structural components at various construction sites. Key responsibilities include: - Interpreting engineering plans, blueprints, and drawings - Assembling steel structures and securing them with bolts, rivets, or welding - Installing structural steel components at construction sites - Cutting, shaping, and welding steel materials to meet specified requirements using hand tools or machinery - Collaborating with other trades as necessary - Performing repairs or modifications on existing steel structures when required - Working effectively as part of a team Requirements To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and experience: - Previous experience in steel fixing, welding, fabrication, or a related field - A friendly demeanor and a strong work ethic - Strong time management skills - A commitment to learning and developing skills within the industry - An understanding of health and safety procedures - Reliability and a hardworking attitude - Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test Benefits We offer competitive pay, ranging from a minimum of $28.00 per hour to a maximum of $35.00 per hour.
