In this role, you will collaborate with our team to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales key performance indicators. Your primary responsibilities will include effective communication, contributing to our company values, and achieving personal sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also play a key role in helping the store reach its overall sales goals. As a Sales Assistant Key Holder, you will be expected to demonstrate a positive "can-do" attitude, support your colleagues, and focus on detail and efficiency. Understanding and executing back-of-house paperwork and procedures will also be part of your duties. Requirements To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with sales experience who can be considered true sales "superstars." You should be confident, enthusiastic, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Professional presentation and effective communication are essential. Additionally, you should have a solid understanding of procedures for handling customer inquiries and complaints. We value individuals who foster morale, loyalty, and pride within the store.
