About the Role
We are currently seeking Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Dunedin Airport. If you have a passion for customer service, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy making shopping an enjoyable experience, this is a wonderful opportunity for you to shine.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and providing expert product recommendations. You will stay ahead of industry trends through ongoing professional training and ensure that the store remains vibrant and well-stocked. Additionally, you will process transactions smoothly and assist customers with their inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who have a genuine passion for customer service and sales. A confident communicator with a positive attitude is essential, as is being well-groomed and professionally presented. While retail experience is a plus, it is not a requirement; we are committed to providing training for the right candidates. Flexibility in availability is important, as early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays may be required. Candidates must also possess valid working rights and the ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.
