About the Role We are currently seeking a Yard/Customer Service/Driver to join our Pukekohe Branch. This position is ideal for an all-rounder who can contribute across various aspects of our operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading customer and client vehicles, operating forklifts, and managing customer deliveries while providing outstanding service. Responsibilities - Load and unload trucks in compliance with our Health and Safety requirements. - Ensure timely and safe delivery of customer orders to their designated sites, meeting customer expectations. - Assist in loading customer vehicles, utilizing both manual methods and forklifts. - Provide sales support to all branch customers. - Manage stock and inventory control effectively. - Assist with general yard work and inventory management as needed. - Maintain the forklift and truck in good working condition through regular maintenance and cleaning to uphold appearance standards. Requirements - A full Class 2 License and Forklift/F endorsement is essential. - Proven customer service skills and experience. - Familiarity with M3 System or similar applications. - A flexible, reliable, and customer-focused approach. - Ability to operate efficiently and effectively, demonstrating passion and determination. - Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple tasks and meet expectations. - Practical understanding and experience of health and safety standards. - Attention to detail in ensuring accurate customer orders and adherence to branch performance standards. - Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong customer relationships and ensure all customer needs are met.
