About the Company At our Pareora processing site, we employ around 750 staff at the peak of the season. As we prepare for our 2026 season, which is expected to begin in approximately 12 weeks, we are currently accepting applications. Our candidate pools for all departments have reopened, and while there are a limited number of positions available, suitable applicants will be placed on a waitlist for further review in June and July. About the Role We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals who are ready to embrace new challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Regardless of your experience level, if you possess a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you. Working Arrangements We provide on-the-job training to help you succeed in your role. The minimum wage is set at $28.82 per hour, with additional compensation available once training is completed. Shift times vary depending on the species being processed: - From October to June, shifts are from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. - During the Bobby season from July to October, shifts are from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
