    About the Company We are an established and reputable food production company located in Christchurch. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality products while maintaining a positive work environment. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced fish filleter to join us in July. About the Role This position is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity that offers stability, full-time hours, and excellent long-term earning potential. As a fish filleter, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently filleting various types of fish in a fast-paced production environment. You will also ensure that all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met while contributing to a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities - Filleting various types of fish accurately and efficiently - Working within a fast-paced production environment - Ensuring all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met - Contributing to a positive and productive team culture Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: - Proven experience in fish filleting (essential) - A reliable and punctual work ethic - The ability to work well in a team and follow instructions - Current residency in New Zealand - Valid New Zealand work rights (citizen, resident, or valid visa) Benefits We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25 to $27, along with 8% holiday pay based on experience. The position includes consistent full-time hours from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Once you transition to a permanent role, you will have access to an attractive bonus structure, which includes: - Additional hourly bonuses for completing a full week - Double bonuses for completing a full month - Bonuses that start accumulating during your temporary placement and are paid out upon permanent placement - A long-term opportunity with room for growth Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
