About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Customer Support Centre (CSC) team, primarily focused on managing bookings for our Service departments. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive timely service reminders and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Sending regular reminders to customers to help them protect their vehicles by servicing on time.
- Managing inbound booking inquiries via phone, email, and social media, and completing bookings for servicing, WOFs, repairs, and recalls.
- Maintaining accurate customer records, including up-to-date contact information and preferences to enhance our service.
- Educating customers to help them maximize the benefits of their products and plans.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending additional products and services that may be beneficial.
This position offers a unique work schedule of 40 hours per week, with shifts between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm over four days, giving you one rostered day off each week, likely on Thursdays. Additionally, you will be scheduled to work 4 hours on a weekend approximately once a month from home, compensated at time and a half for that work.
