We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Auckland Jobs sales team.
About the Role
In this desk-based Account Manager position, you will have the opportunity to build and nurture relationships with clients in your portfolio through phone and email communication. Your role will involve exploring client needs, understanding their businesses, and identifying how we can best assist them in achieving their goals.
You will become an expert in the employment market by analyzing our data and providing valuable insights to clients. Additionally, you will actively seek opportunities to grow your accounts and promote our products to enhance the client experience. Engaging with businesses of various sizes and industries, you will discuss their recruitment advertising needs and contribute to our team’s success by sharing your unique perspectives in meetings, workshops, and daily interactions. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will bring a background in outbound or inbound sales, or a similar field. While experience in the recruitment industry would be advantageous, it is not a requirement. You should possess excellent phone communication skills and an overall strong ability to communicate effectively.
A positive attitude is essential, as is the patience and enthusiasm to support our customers. You will need to prioritize tasks and self-motivate in a fast-paced environment. As a team player, you will collaborate with colleagues, contributing ideas and aiming towards shared goals. We are looking for someone who excels in relationship building and takes responsibility for driving revenue and client growth within their portfolio.
