About the Role We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will be part of an elite crew dedicated to achieving excellence every day. Your primary responsibilities will include answering inbound calls, conducting track and trace investigations, lodging queries, and maintaining effective communication with our customers. To thrive in this position, you will need to possess strong communication skills, be an active listener, and demonstrate excellent time management abilities. A good level of computer knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think creatively to resolve issues will also be essential.
