About the Role
We are excited to invite a new member to our Noel Leeming Customer Specialist team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding customer service. Each day will bring new challenges as you manage a variety of incoming inquiries, primarily related to online shopping. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in ensuring our customers receive the answers they need.
What sets this contact center role apart is our use of advanced live online chat technology, in addition to traditional phone and email support. You will engage with customers from diverse backgrounds and work diligently to resolve their inquiries, regardless of the communication channel.
Requirements
To thrive in this position, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service across our Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery online stores. The ideal candidate will possess:
- Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a calm and articulate phone manner
- An empathetic and resilient nature, allowing you to maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Strong computer literacy and keen attention to detail
- Confidence in written communication
- Adaptability and a genuine passion for helping customers
Availability to work 40 hours per week, from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Sunday, is required.
