About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team based in Central Christchurch. In this dynamic role, you will report to the Group Marketing Manager and be responsible for creating engaging assets across both traditional and digital channels. This includes print materials, outdoor signage, social media graphics, web content, and email campaigns. We are looking for someone who is adaptable, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your ability to accept feedback and iterate quickly will be essential, as you will work closely with various stakeholders to refine your designs. This hands-on position also offers a unique opportunity to expand your marketing skillset in areas such as events, social media, and digital marketing. About You You are a creative professional with at least two years of experience in graphic design, complemented by relevant qualifications and a strong portfolio showcasing your capabilities in both print and digital formats. Your keen eye for detail and proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Microsoft Office Suite will be crucial in this role. You thrive on transforming ideas into compelling visual content and can easily adapt to different brands and design styles. You manage your workflow effectively and consistently meet deadlines without compromising quality. Collaboration is second nature to you; you enjoy working closely with internal teams and liaising with manufacturers and external partners. Additionally, your proactive and curious nature drives you to seek out new ways to improve and stay ahead of design trends.
