About the Role We are currently seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team in Christchurch. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on exciting residential property projects and brand campaigns across various platforms. As a creative designer with a keen eye for detail, you will play a crucial role in bringing our brand to life through both digital and print mediums. In this position, you will focus primarily on Wolfbrook residential projects while also collaborating on various creative initiatives within our family of brands and associated businesses. You will work closely with the marketing team and other departments, producing high-quality visual content that engages our target audience effectively. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - A minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally in a fast-paced environment. - A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus. - Experience in digital marketing, with the ability to execute cohesive campaigns across multiple platforms, along with a solid understanding of Meta formats and best practices on various social media channels. - Strong attention to detail and a passion for creativity and innovation. - Excellent project management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. What You'll Do In this role, you will be responsible for: - Assisting in the development of innovative design concepts for a variety of projects, including brochures, digital marketing materials, social media graphics, print collateral, branding initiatives, and advertising campaigns. - Contributing creative solutions throughout design projects, exploring new ideas and techniques to enhance visual storytelling and brand impact. - Supporting the execution of cohesive marketing campaigns across multiple channels, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of overall marketing principles. - Managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld. - Adhering to brand guidelines while evolving design elements to maintain consistency across all platforms and touchpoints. - Presenting design ideas and concepts to stakeholders and effectively incorporating feedback.
