About the Role We are currently seeking a physically capable and enthusiastic Homestaging Support team member to join our creative team on a full-time basis. In this entry-level role, you will provide hands-on assistance to our design team in preparing properties for sale. This position is ideal for a strong and fit individual who is eager to support our staging process through various physical tasks. Key Responsibilities Your primary responsibilities will include: - Assisting with the setup of furniture, décor, and accessories according to staging plans provided by the design team. - Packing, transporting, and unpacking staging items to and from project sites. - Supporting on-site staging by arranging items, making minor adjustments, and ensuring that spaces are clean and presentable. - Maintaining and organizing staging inventory while reporting any damaged or missing items. - Performing basic cleaning and tidying of staged properties to ensure a polished appearance. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should meet the following criteria: - A diploma in Interior Design or a similar qualification, such as Interior Styling or Spatial Design. - Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move furniture and accessories regularly. - A keen interest in interior design and homestaging, along with a good sense of style and attention to detail. - Strong organizational skills and a proactive, can-do attitude. - The ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team. - A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is preferred.
