About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on leader to oversee day-to-day operations at one or more of our bus depots. In this role, you will manage people, processes, and performance to ensure we provide a safe, efficient, and customer-focused service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing daily depot operations, including rostering, bus dispatch, and compliance.
- Leading and supporting operations supervisors, drivers, cleaners, and yard staff with a focus on pastoral care and performance management.
- Driving Health, Safety & Wellbeing initiatives, ensuring all incidents are managed and reported promptly.
- Managing the recruitment and onboarding of drivers in partnership with our People Team.
- Monitoring performance data, identifying trends, and implementing improvements.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external contractors to deliver service excellence.
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
About You

Experience in public transport or a similar large operational environment is desirable but not essential.
