About the Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic, entry-level team member to join our Takanini depot as an Operations Support Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all inbound and outbound documentation is accurate, compliant, and aligned with Hall's operational standards.
You will work closely with various teams, including operations, dispatch, drivers, stores, and customer service, providing an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills while gaining valuable insight into the logistics industry.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Rostered every second Saturday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and attributes:

- High attention to detail
- Accurate data entry skills
- A proactive approach to work
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus in a busy environment
