Duties In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Performing strong arc/stick welding, with some experience in MIG and TIG welding - Fabricating, assembling, and installing steel products - Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and plans - Operating tools, machinery, and heavy equipment safely - Assisting with site installations and maintenance work as needed Requirements To be successful in this position, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Proven experience in heavy fabrication and welding - Ability to accurately read technical drawings - Strong commitment to health and safety practices - Class 1 license is required; Class 2 or forklift endorsement is a bonus - Willingness to work occasionally outdoors - Ability to work in Southbridge Benefits We offer a competitive remuneration package that reflects your skills and experience.
