About the Role We are currently seeking a Boutique Senior Coffee Specialist for our Nespresso Boutique located in Sylvia Park. The ideal candidate should be available for the following schedule: - Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM - Friday: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM - Saturday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM As a Senior Coffee Specialist, you will share your expertise and passion for coffee with both new and loyal customers while supporting our leadership team in efficiently managing the Boutique. Each day will bring new experiences as you engage with customers, provide exceptional service, and maximize sales. You will oversee the staff on the floor, manage performance, and collaborate creatively with your team to create memorable customer experiences. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should be committed to delivering outstanding customer service that reflects the Nespresso brand and values. You will need to engage with customers through club membership and have a passion for expanding your coffee knowledge while developing into an experienced Senior Coffee Specialist. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the professional and consistent operation of the Boutique. This includes supporting the onboarding process for new employees and working with team members to achieve individual development goals, as well as partnering with the Stock Controller to meet stock control targets.
