About the Role We are currently seeking a Boutique Senior Coffee Specialist for our Nespresso Boutique located in Sylvia Park. The successful candidate will work the following schedule: - Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM - Thursday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM - Friday: 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM - Saturday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM As a Senior Coffee Specialist, you will share your expertise and passion for coffee with both new and loyal customers while supporting our leadership team in efficiently managing the Boutique. Your daily responsibilities will vary and will include delivering exceptional service, connecting with customers, and maximizing sales. You will also oversee the staff on the floor, engaging in performance management and collaborating with your team to create memorable customer experiences.
