About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic full-time Front of House team member to join us at our Freemans Bay Café. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences, we would love to hear from you. This is a part-time role, with a focus on working 6 hours on Tuesdays, with the potential for additional hours.
Day to Day in This Role You Will
Collaborate with our Front of House and Barista team to ensure that every cup of coffee meets our high standards.
Take customer orders and operate the till system efficiently.
Deliver an outstanding coffee experience to our Robert Harris customers.
Lead by example, motivate your teammates, and execute drink preparation and service with a spirit of genuine hospitality.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
Has a genuine passion for coffee and the hospitality industry and is eager to share their knowledge and experience.
Is enthusiastic, friendly, and able to thrive under pressure in a team environment.
Communicates effectively with colleagues and customers while maintaining focus and working at a fast pace.
Possesses Barista skills in areas such as brewing, espresso preparation, and latte art.
Can build strong relationships with both coworkers and our customers.
