About the Role
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join Hilda Ross Retirement Village in Ruakura as a Caregiver. This is a Casual position that involves working across our Rest Home, Hospital, and Dementia care units.
In this role, you will have the chance to develop lasting relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow individual care plans, ensuring that the care you provide is of the highest standard, worthy of your own loved ones. Our team utilizes the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman, to enhance our service delivery. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with your colleagues to create a positive team environment.
About You
To thrive in our supportive and caring atmosphere, you will embody kindness and possess a strong sense of empathy. Outstanding communication skills are essential, along with a reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor. While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not a requirement for this position.
