About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated support workers to join our diverse range of services, which encompass community and rehabilitation, disability support, and social services. Whether you are looking for flexible hours to accommodate other commitments or prefer a regular roster, we offer a variety of permanent full-time and part-time positions.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients to maintain their independence within their homes and communities. You will provide both practical and emotional support to help our clients achieve their goals and realize their potential. Your responsibilities may vary and will be guided by a care plan, which could include:
- Meal preparation
- Community outings and social integration
- Administering medication
- Personal care (such as showering and toileting)
- Home management tasks
Requirements

Our learning and development framework supports staff in achieving NZQA qualifications, which are fully funded. The hourly wage for this role ranges from $23.50 to $29.10, depending on your experience and qualifications.
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- A genuine desire to help and support others, striving for excellence in all tasks
- Previous healthcare or caregiving experience, while this is desirable, it is not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Healthcare qualifications, which are advantageous
- A full NZ driver's license and reliable transport, which is required for most positions
