About the Role We are seeking compassionate and dedicated support workers to join our diverse range of services, which encompass community and rehabilitation, disability support, and social services. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients to maintain their independence within their homes and communities. You will provide both practical and emotional support to help our clients achieve their goals and realize their potential. Your responsibilities may vary and will be guided by a care plan, which could include: - Meal preparation - Community outings and social integration - Administering medication - Personal care (such as showering and toileting) - Home management tasks Requirements We value our employees and are committed to providing the best training and development opportunities. The hourly wage for this role ranges from $23.50 to $29.10, depending on your experience and qualifications.
