About the Role
In the role of Project Manager, you will take charge of significant projects throughout the Auckland region. You will have complete authority over project delivery, which includes planning, financial management, leading site teams, and building client relationships. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of safety and quality. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior staff, helping to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the industry.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or an equivalent field.
- A minimum of seven years of project management experience within New Zealand's civil construction sector.
- Comprehensive knowledge of NZS3910 and other relevant construction contracts.
- A proven ability to lead teams and manage projects to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
