We are currently looking to expand our team with an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager for an exciting new build project. About the Role As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will take the lead on complex facade projects located in the central business district. Your expertise in traffic management, scaffolding, and logistics will be essential for the successful execution of these projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will oversee the entire project management process for high-rise facade installations. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing comprehensive traffic management plans for CBD projects. - Coordinating scaffolding operations to ensure safe and efficient work at height. - Managing complex logistics for material delivery and storage in urban environments. - Leading and mentoring project teams to foster a culture of excellence and safety. - Collaborating with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors. - Ensuring projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for a candidate who possesses: - A proven track record in managing large-scale facade projects for high-rise buildings. - Extensive experience in traffic management and logistics within CBD environments. - Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and safety regulations. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - The ability to solve complex problems and make critical decisions under pressure. - Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or a related field.
