Sprinkler Project Manager

About the Company We are Stellar, and we have partnered with a leading company in the fire protection industry. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are seeking a Project Manager with a background in fire sprinklers to join our client's team on a permanent basis. Our client is recognized as one of the largest fire protection companies in New Zealand. About the Role In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a variety of commercial construction projects while ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include maintaining quality assurance and managing the ISO management system, supervising subcontractors and staff, and overseeing the procurement of materials. You will also be responsible for organizing and managing sprinkler installations, as well as planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery. Additionally, you will have the chance to mentor junior Project Managers and team members. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should have a proven track record as a Project Manager with experience in fire sprinklers. A full, clean driver's license is essential. You should possess sound knowledge of fire protection systems and New Zealand standards, along with strong communication skills. A relevant construction qualification and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager specializing in sprinklers are also required.
