About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Allied Health Team Coordinator to join our team in Central Lakes, Otago. This permanent, part-time position (0.2 FTE, eight hours per week) plays a pivotal role in leading our dedicated team while championing innovation in patient care. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of advanced service delivery in a collaborative and supportive environment.
As the Allied Health Team Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership and operational management to the team
- Coordinating and optimizing patient care pathways
- Developing and delivering professional development plans for team members
- Supporting the implementation of efficient and patient-focused models of care
- Collaborating across teams to achieve service objectives and deliver equitable care

Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, a commitment to improving patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. Benefits
We offer a salary band of $90,000 - $105,000 per annum, pro-rata based on experience, as well as participation in KiwiSaver.
