About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist who is eager to make a positive impact in the Wairarapa community. About Our Team
Our Occupational Therapy team is a small yet dynamic group that receives strong support from the broader Allied Health and multidisciplinary teams. We maintain close connections with both regional and national Occupational Therapy networks. As a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, you will assess and provide interventions in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Your work will help individuals maintain their functionality in their homes and communities, as well as support inpatient discharge planning.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to be registered with the Occupational Therapy Board of New Zealand and hold a current practicing certificate. Ideally, you will have substantial experience in inpatient health settings. We are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic clinician who thrives in a team environment and is dedicated to delivering the best possible clinical care for clients.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position requiring 80 hours (1.0 FTE) per fortnight, Monday to Friday. We also welcome inquiries from those interested in part-time opportunities. This fixed-term role is specifically to provide parental leave cover.
