About the Role
We are looking for Psychiatrists to join our team in full-time and part-time positions in the vibrant city of Christchurch. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will be working within our Adult General and Inpatient Service as part of our integrated system. In this role, you will encounter a variety of clinical presentations, engaging with both new admissions and ongoing care for patients.
Requirements
We welcome applications from Psychiatrists with experience in adult mental health, including inpatient, community, and psychiatric emergency services. You will collaborate within quality-driven, forward-thinking multidisciplinary teams that prioritize professionalism and teamwork. Each day will bring new challenges and opportunities.
You will leverage your specialist knowledge and clinical expertise to provide innovative acute and long-term care tailored to individual needs. As a Psychiatrist, you will take on a leadership role in our established multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the continuous development of our client-centered frameworks.
To be eligible for this role, you must be able to obtain registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
