About the Role
We are excited to offer a full-time sales position in our Dunedin store, specifically within the Electrical department. This role is designed for individuals who are customer-focused and eager to provide exceptional service while building lasting relationships with our clients. You will receive comprehensive training on our electrical products, enabling you to effectively utilize your skills and knowledge to assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Selling electrical products and services
- Utilizing our point of sale and customer service system
- Maintaining the presentation of the electrical department
- Assisting with operational tasks such as stock takes
- Working on a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
About You
We are seeking a strong communicator who is motivated to excel in a sales environment where your earnings potential is uncapped. You have the ability to influence your own income through your dedication and performance.
Ideal attributes include:
- Quick learning ability and a genuine interest in the retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Experience in retail sales and familiarity with point of sale systems is desirable
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
