About the Role We are seeking a Garden Care Team Leader who is ready to take on a hands-on leadership position. Key Responsibilities You will lead and inspire your team in maintaining beautiful gardens, ensuring that our clients take pride in their properties. Your responsibilities will include: - Assessing and developing efficient business processes. - Building and nurturing strong client relationships. - Managing and supporting a skilled team, providing them with the training and tools necessary to excel. - Overseeing and coordinating the scheduling of multiple maintenance jobs across various client sites to ensure efficiency and timely completion. - Actively seeking new opportunities within existing client relationships. - Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on requirements, timelines, budgets, and expectations. - Maintaining accurate records of completed work, managing invoicing, and tracking ongoing maintenance services. - Collaborating with the owner to grow and develop the garden care team and client base. We are looking for a candidate who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
