About the Role We are excited to offer a full-time position for a Gardener within our supportive team. This role requires working Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this capacity, you will be responsible for maintaining our beautiful gardens in a resort-style setting, which is essential for the enjoyment of our residents, their families, and our staff. Your duties will include servicing the grounds and gardens to ensure they are visually appealing and safe for all. You can expect a variety of tasks, including working on a bowling green, managing water features, and maintaining both residential and shared areas. You will work closely with your colleagues, providing support as needed. About You To thrive in our nurturing environment, you should possess the following qualifications and characteristics: - Current horticultural qualifications, including a Grow Safe Certificate - Previous experience in a Gardener or Landscaper role - Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail - Outstanding communication abilities - A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor Please note that we welcome applications from overseas candidates; however, due to immigration requirements, applicants must have New Zealand work rights for this position.
