About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated Commercial Property Manager to join our high-performing team. This role offers between 30 to 35 hours of work per week in a supportive and energetic environment. You will be at the heart of our operations, collaborating with a dedicated group of professionals, including in-house accounts and administrative support, as well as our expert commercial sales and leasing specialists. What We’re Looking For To be successful in this role, prior lease experience is beneficial. We are looking for candidates with proven experience in Commercial Property Management or Body Corporate Management, who are ready to make an immediate impact. In addition to this experience, candidates should possess the following attributes: - Proficiency with property management software and reporting tools - Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen - A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service - Confidence in engaging with individuals at all levels, demonstrating an approachable and solutions-focused demeanor - High-level self-management skills with a keen eye for detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational abilities and effective time management Candidates must also have full New Zealand residency and a current driver’s license.
