About Our Role We are currently seeking a Caregiver to join our team on a casual basis, with shifts available in the morning, afternoon, night, and on weekends. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about caring for others and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care with kindness and patience, all within a nurturing atmosphere. Your Skills and Experience To be successful in this role, you should have: - Proven experience caring for others, ideally in an aged care setting. - A minimum NZQA Level 2 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or an equivalent qualification (such as a Bachelor of Nursing or a Diploma in Nursing). - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - A genuine passion for helping people, along with excellent customer service abilities and a friendly demeanor. - A commitment to continuous improvement and a solid understanding of health and safety procedures.
