About the Role We are currently seeking a qualified Equipment Technician to join our Product Support team. This opportunity arises as CablePrice has recently been appointed as the New Zealand importer and distributor for Tigercat forestry and off-road industrial machinery. In this largely autonomous regional role, you will provide essential technical and practical support to our North Island branches, ensuring that Tigercat customers receive top-notch assistance. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing faults, planning machine modifications, and offering clear explanations of product features and troubleshooting steps. You will also play an active role in the setup of new machines and support the sales team with deliveries throughout the region. Staying informed about industry trends and developments, particularly concerning the Tigercat product range, will be crucial for your success in this role.
