About the Company We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team at the Roxburgh Pool as a Full-Time Aquatic Supervisor this summer. Our organization is dedicated to promoting aquatic safety and community engagement, and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to help us achieve these goals. About the Role In this seasonal position, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facility remains a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors. Strong customer service skills, clear communication, and a practical approach are essential for success in this role. The position requires flexibility, as shifts will include mornings and evenings, Monday through Sunday. Requirements We are seeking candidates who exhibit a positive attitude and strong teamwork skills. The ideal applicant will have a confident swimming ability, capable of swimming eight lengths of the pool within six minutes. A commitment to providing excellent customer service is crucial, along with the flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. Benefits We offer comprehensive training for a Pool Lifeguarding Practicing Certificate (PLPC) as well as Workplace First Aid training (6400, 6401 & 6402).
