About the Role
We are currently seeking a Pool Crew member who will play a vital role in providing quality supervision at our facility. In this position, you will ensure that our environment remains enjoyable and safe for all visitors. Your strong customer service skills, clear communication abilities, and practical mindset will be essential in making a positive impact.
The hours for this role will vary according to the roster, with shifts scheduled from early morning through to 7:45 PM, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity in the leisure industry, with pathways for further training and aquatic qualifications.
As the successful candidate, you will:
- Bring a positive attitude and a proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrate confident swimming abilities, with the capacity to swim eight lengths of the pool within six minutes
- Exhibit flexibility in working a variety of morning, evening, and weekend shifts
- Be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to our community
- Hold a valid working visa that permits employment with a single employer for at least 12 months without sponsorship
