About the Role We are seeking a committed individual to join our team in a full-time, permanent position. In this hands-on role, you will be actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the facility. Your responsibilities will include supervising swimmers, assisting with facility upkeep, supporting aquatic programs, and maintaining a positive pool environment. Key Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities - Supervise pool users and enforce rules to ensure safety - Provide friendly and professional customer service - Conduct daily water testing and assist with cleaning and general maintenance - Support swim school programs, events, and school bookings - Respond to incidents and provide first aid when needed - Work collaboratively as part of the team and follow direction from senior staff - Keep required certifications up to date and participate in ongoing training Hours of Work This position guarantees a minimum of 30 hours per week, with typical hours ranging from 35 to 40. Shifts will be rostered across seven days, including weekends, public holidays, and early or late starts.
