About the Role We are looking for a proactive Intermediate Accountant who is ready to advance their career. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with various aspects of our business and interact with clients to help them understand and grow their financial operations. In this role, you will directly engage with clients, offering proactive support and addressing any ad-hoc issues that may arise. You will work closely with our directors to tackle client challenges and contribute to our firm-wide strategies. Your experience in preparing financial accounts for businesses is essential, but more importantly, you will need to interpret and explain the numbers to clients, providing them with valuable advice on managing their financial health. About You The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Chartered Accountancy firm, particularly in a client-facing role. We are looking for someone who has provided advice to a diverse range of industries, with varying levels of complexity. You are likely seeking ongoing growth within the business and will possess strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge. Additionally, you should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with sound IT literacy. We Will Be Looking For - A minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Accountant in a Chartered Accountancy firm. - Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and conduct training sessions for staff. - A client-centric approach, with comfort in interfacing directly with clients to address their needs and concerns.
