About the Role We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. This role is crucial for bridging financial data and strategic business decisions, making finance meaningful, actionable, and relevant to our operational success. As the primary liaison for finance, you will work closely with various business units to offer insights, analysis, and education that facilitate informed decision-making. You will convert official financial figures into actionable intelligence and connect monthly results with forecasting, strategic planning, integrated budgeting, asset management, and commercial projects. Responsibilities include: - Building strong working relationships with operational teams to influence outcomes and enhance performance. - Providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support both strategic and everyday decisions. - Assisting in the interpretation of monthly results and contributing to accurate forecasting and planning. - Playing a vital role in improving financial controls, efficiency, and the robustness of processes. - Collaborating with the finance processing team to ensure risk management, governance compliance, and transactional accuracy. - Evaluating new business cases and contributing to special projects. Requirements We are seeking candidates with: - Proven experience in management accounting or a similar finance business partnering role, capable of advising senior management within a large organization. - A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Strong technical accounting skills, ideally supported by a CA qualification. - Exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and well-developed financial acumen. - A drive to add value through the provision of robust financial information, analysis, and reporting. - Familiarity with the dairy industry, manufacturing environments, or supply chain processes is advantageous. - Outstanding communication, relationship management, and influencing skills, coupled with a proactive and positive approach. - Experience with ERP systems and the ability to optimize system functionality.
