About the Role
We are excited to offer a full-time sales position in our Papanui store, specifically within the Computers and Communication department. This role is centered around delivering exceptional customer service and fostering lasting relationships with our customers to enhance their shopping experience.
You will receive comprehensive training focused on our computer and communication products, equipping you with the knowledge and skills necessary for effective sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Selling computer and communication products and services
- Utilizing our point of sale and customer service system
- Maintaining the presentation of the department
- Assisting with operational tasks, such as stocktakes
- Working across a 7-day roster, which includes weekends and public holidays
Requirements
We are seeking a strong communicator who is motivated to work hard and achieve rewards. With an uncapped commission structure, your earning potential is truly in your hands.
Ideal candidates will possess the following attributes:
- A quick learner with a keen interest in the retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Previous retail sales and point of sale system experience is desirable
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
