We value teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude in our work environment. About the Role We are currently seeking a part-time Online Personal Shopper to join our team. In this role, you will assist the Online Manager in planning and organizing the day-to-day operations of the Online Shopping department. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and processing customer orders. It is essential that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Key Attributes We are looking for candidates who possess the following key attributes: - A friendly and positive attitude - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service - The ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) - Effective prioritization and multitasking skills to consistently meet deadlines Requirements We have two positions available, with the following hours of work: Position 1: - Monday: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm - Tuesday: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm - Wednesday: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm - Sunday: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm Position 2: - Monday: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm - Sunday: 5:00 am to 1:30 pm Please note that additional hours may be required occasionally to cover for team members due to illness or leave.
