About the Role This full-time position offers 40 hours per week, making it an ideal opportunity for anyone seeking work in a busy café setting. In this exciting role, you will be at the heart of our café, serving delicious coffee and preparing tasty food items like toasties. While prior barista experience is advantageous, we welcome all applicants who possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities - Deliver exceptional customer service - Work collaboratively within a small team - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards - Ensure food safety standards are met - Provide prompt and helpful assistance to customers - Maintain appealing cabinet presentation, keeping cabinets clean, full, and tidy at all times - Prepare and serve great coffee Requirements The successful applicant must: - Be reliable and punctual - Have excellent communication skills - Be able to manage a busy atmosphere - Possess a high level of food preparation skills We value teamwork and collaboration, and you will work closely with your colleagues to foster a positive and welcoming environment.
