About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator/Coordinator who possesses a "can do" attitude and exceptional multitasking abilities. In this challenging and varied role, you will be responsible for the administration and coordination of maintenance and breakdown jobs within our Servicing department. Your responsibilities will include job scheduling, as well as coordinating with our electricians, outside contractors, and clients.
Key responsibilities will involve:
- Answering phones for the Servicing Department
- Monitoring and responding to emails for the Servicing Department
- Creating jobs and leads
- Scheduling jobs and coordinating electricians while meeting KPIs
- Updating customers and maintaining customer portals
- Organizing recurring maintenance jobs
- Handling administrative tasks such as staff uniforms, inductions, and call-out rosters
Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills
- A keen attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Capability to work under pressure, solve problems, and meet tight deadlines and KPIs
- A positive and cheerful demeanor
- Experience with SimPRO is advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role

Working Hours
The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, based in our central city office.
