About the Role We are currently seeking a dedicated delivery driver to join our team, covering the South Canterbury and North Otago regions. As a delivery driver, you will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries to our valued customers while upholding our high standards of customer service. You will collaborate closely with our warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure that deliveries are accurate and efficient. What We Are Looking For We are looking for an individual who is reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to completing routes efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills and a focus on providing a positive customer experience. Additionally, we are open to hiring a 'driver apprentice.' This opportunity is perfect for someone with a Class 1 full license or Class 2 learner's permit who is eager to take their first step into the trucking industry. Requirements - Reliable and punctual with a commitment to efficiency - Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on customer service - Class 1 full license or Class 2 learner's permit (for apprentice role) Benefits - Competitive starting pay: Begin your journey with a minimum rate of $26 per hour, with potential for increases based on experience - Shift hours: Work Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays, typically from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
