About the Role In this role, you will operate a forklift to load and unload crops for grading and packing. This position may also involve assisting with various tasks in the packhouse as needed. We are looking for someone who can commit to a long-term role, as this is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity well-suited for local candidates. Key Responsibilities - Operate a forklift to efficiently load and unload crop and seed bins. - Maintain a clean and tidy work environment in accordance with our high standards. About You The ideal candidate will be an experienced, OSH-certified forklift operator with a positive attitude and a commitment to cleanliness. Experience in a packhouse environment is highly advantageous. Requirements - OSH certification is required. - A minimum of one year of forklift operating experience. Benefits - A temporary-to-permanent opportunity for local candidates. - Competitive pay ranging from $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience. - Accrual of 8% holiday pay on top of the hourly wage.
